Over the last few years, my life has shifted in ways I couldn’t have predicted.
I went through seasons of growth, seasons of uncertainty, and seasons where I had to step back—not because I stopped caring, but because I was rebuilding.
Not aesthetic. Not delusion. But real life, transitioning the way real life does.
So if you’ve been wondering where I went… this is your update. This is me coming back with clarity. Allow me to reintroduce myself:
This is the official relaunch of Megan Dee Ann!
Where I’ve Been
Honestly…there and back and again (ha!)
What a whirlwind the 2020s have been! Personal illness disrupted my sense of identity. The pandemic disrupted routines and lifestyle.
This has been a season that challenged my consistency, my confidence, and the way I understood stability. And if I’m being honest, I spent a lot of time trying to find my footing again.
I’m sure it seemed like I disappeared for a while. I know for me, it felt like life just paused.
But I was doing a lot of learning, and growing, and restructuring systems for the vision I want to maintain. And what a journey it has been! But one that I am proud to have come through and honored to see you on the other side of.
What I’ve Learned Since Then
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this:
Wellness, financial stability, and personal development are all part of one ecosystem.
And a balanced ecosystem sustains a balanced life.
That belief has become the foundation of my work.
What I’m building now is bigger than any one title.
It’s more than yoga and budgeting. It’s more than check-ins and long talks.
It’s about regulation, rhythm, and stability you can maintain.
My coaching philosophy is based on the same framework I use to build my own lifestyle. I live what I teach, because along with my training and education, my personal experiences have taught me how to be intentional about building sustainable systems. This is the work I’m committed to.
Because I’ve lived through what it feels like to prioritize health but ignore finances. And I’ve lived through what it feels like to chase financial goals while neglecting my nervous system.
And neither one works long-term.
If you’re thriving in one area but falling apart in another, eventually your life will ask you to create balance.
So that’s what I did. I found alignment.
What Alignment Actually Means to Me
A lot of people think alignment is about always “being positive” or always feeling high vibe.
But I’ve learned alignment is something deeper–alignment is when your life reflects your values.
It’s when your daily habits match your long-term goals. It’s when your choices make sense for the future you’re asking for. It’s when you stop living randomly and start living intentionally.
And that takes structure.
But structure doesn’t mean rigidity.
It means you’re supported. It means you’re building a life that can hold you.
I will always love yoga. Business and finance will always be a part of my professional background.
But through my work and personal life experiences, I stopped believing that finances and wellness should be treated like separate worlds.
Because in real life, they aren’t.
Your finances impact your stress. Your stress impacts your health. Your health impacts your productivity. Your productivity impacts your income. Your income impacts your options.
It’s a cycle.
So when someone tells me they want to “get their life together,” I understand exactly what they mean.
Usually they’re not asking for one thing.
They’re asking for a reset. A reorganization. A way to feel in control again.
What People Actually Need
I’ve learned that most people don’t need more motivation.
They need clarity.
They need someone to help them organize what’s in their head. Someone to help them build a system that works with their real life—not against it. Someone to help them take what feels overwhelming and make it feel doable.
And most importantly, they need a process that doesn’t shame them.
Because shame does not build stability.
Consistency grows with safety. Motivation grows with support. And sustainable change requires a foundation that feels secure.
So…What Am I Doing Now?
Over the years, I’ve supported clients through many different transitions and goals—from yoga and meditation, to weight maintenance, to plant-based lifestyle shifts.
And professionally, I’ve continued to grow my knowledge in the wealth-building space, including licensing and education that allows me to support individuals through financial planning conversations and long-term strategy.
But what matters most is this: I’ve spent years studying the patterns of real life.
The way people burn out. The way people avoid their finances. The way people start over again and again. The way people crave stability but don’t know how to build it.
And I realized my purpose isn’t just to teach wellness.
It’s to help people build lives that are balanced, intentional, and sustainable.
A Safe Space…
So I’ve elevated my services to consulting. So that I can better help the people I serve find the alignment they are seeking.
I’ve created this space for:
The person who wants to elevate, but wants to do it in a way that feels aligned.
The person who wants to grow, but doesn’t want to burn out in the process.
The person who wants to build wealth—but also wants to build wellness.
The person who is tired of living in survival mode.
The person who is ready for a new chapter.
If that’s you…
Welcome In!
And if you’ve been following me since the yoga days–welcome back! I’m so grateful for you!
If you’ve been watching quietly, wondering what I’ve been up to, I’m glad you’re here too!
And if you’re new—welcome, welcome, welcome!
This isn’t just a relaunch.
This is a new foundation.
So if you’re ready to create a lifestyle that feels holistically aligned, I’d love to support you!
